Hello BiggerPockets Community!

My name is Joe and I have been involved with REI in the Atlanta area since I separated from the Navy 6 years ago. My current investing is primarily with SFH but want to transition to multi-family.

I am currently seeking a 6-14 unit multi-family property to start, preferably in Georgia but certainly in the South East. I am very eager to learn about this different aspect of REI as well as network with experienced multi-family investors!

I have already read a bunch of forum posts as well as watched many of the Podcasts that are available. It's truly amazing how much great information you can receive for free!
