Then I would concentrate on the price.  

I Live in Indianapolis, and we own/develop nationwide, with a concentration in Texas. 

Some had lower numbers for median homes where others were higher, which looks like a market that might have a higher concentration of $$$ for home purchases.

Our plan is to purchase a B or C class 4 plex and fix it up to be B+ or A class property as there are no 4 plexes we've seen that concentrate on the more affluent market or younger market with a draw to Modernism design.

So, you are definitely better off concentrating on a "farm" area.
