Hello BP Nation-

I'm Howard Mayne and live in Houston where I previously worked in the oil & gas industry.  Over the last couple of years, I have done some investing in multi-family projects as well as office and retail (not as the operator).  At the beginning of the year, I went off on my own, and am working on developing two self storage facilities.  My goal is to develop at least 10 in the next 5 years.  I stumbled across the BP podcast a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed listening to it. On multiple occasions, I have heard interviewees recommend the forums, so here I am.  I'm looking forward to discussing RE with you all and hopefully make some new friends along the way.

Cheers!
