I was in the hospital for a week after being stabbed one-night downtown celebrating a buddies birthday.

There seems to be a large number of people, including celebrities fleeing California, specially those living in LA and San Francisco, but I'm curious to see if maybe some of these people will be moving to San Diego instead of leaving California.Let me know what your thoughts are. 

I want to meet people with similar goals and priorities to hold each other accountable and celebrate our success!

And to celebrate: we put another house under contract!

And then a local museum dedicated to a local minority celebrity of years gone by came up in foreclosure.

He would tell all of his prospective tenants, "I'm the only guy you'll meet that has 13 birthdays... 12 of them I celebrate on the 1st of each month, the 13th I celebrate when I was born, you don't have to worry about that one but if you ever forget my other 12 you'll be looking for a new place to live."

I just spoke to the property manager last week and it looks like bookings are starting to pick up and we are hoping that the Epcot 50th Celebration starting this Fall will be the turning point!
