Market outlook for San Diego, CA

Hello BP community,

I currently live in San Diego and the market here is booming with more demand for houses and little supply which is driving prices upwards.
I'm very curious to hear people's opinions, specially those who are investing locally, what are your thoughts on the Real Estate market in the next 1-2 years?

There seems to be a large number of people, including celebrities fleeing California, specially those living in LA and San Francisco, but I'm curious to see if maybe some of these people will be moving to San Diego instead of leaving California.

Let me know what your thoughts are.

Thanks in advance!
