Getting your mental house in order is key to being successful no matter what your pursuit

Having an international population naturally raises the familiarity of that area for individuals seeking to place capital (annecdotally, I know people whose Aunt or Uncle has bought a property here in San Diego as a way to invest cash - I see the foreign mentality at work).Great conversation above about the role VC plays in the housing market.  

Thirdly, tear out all the effected drywall/insulation and wash the studs with bleach and water.Finally, if the first test showed a health issue then retest the property.

But, not everyone is of the same mentality as Bob.

I call it the club mentality, like a night club with people waiting outside, it makes you need to be a part of that scene.

@Christopher Riley West I completely understand that mentality.

During the process he seemed to learn a lot from how I approached the transaction, and I think he started to see how an investor mentality works and could be another angle to grow his business.
