@Christopher Riley West You're looking for a HML or a Partner to help with financing the deals? I recommend connecting and looking for meet ups. There is currently one schedule in Charleston for the 9th at 4 pm.

There are some other ones and how to find them. 

Be mindful and weary of scams when it comes to lenders. There are lots of stories of investors losing money because of scammers. You're a hardworking man and smart, so that shouldn't be a problem.

If you want to build trust and find a partner it takes the same work as what got you to where you currently are. Read forums, post responses and questions. Comment and congratulate others along the way. Have you connected with the Alumni Assoc at Clemson yet?
