Trade business services for investing sponsor/mentorship? Hi All!! I'm back after about a 2 year absence. I have been following BP since they were itty bitty and I am shocked and proud of the growth and the fact a founder is from Washington! Yay! I love local success! So my story is that BP inspired me to get my RE license. The very week I pass the test (8/2014) and hang my license at CBBain I get so sick but push through for months until I had to give up altogether (1/2015). Now I am all better and ready to do SOMETHING! I am reading books like crazy. I see so much potential around me. I don't want to commit to an 8-5 working a j-o-b so I have a virtual assistant business of my own and plenty of skills I could offer a local investor or agent in exchange for sponsor/coaching. My license is still inactive and I don't want to hang it somewhere until I have cash flow for all those fees (MLS, TPCAR, etc.) So I am swallowing my pride and really putting myself out there in the sense that I am asking for help and basically a sponsor. You wouldn't regret it. I am serious and hard working. I am in the middle if Rich Dad Poor Dad and Think And Grow Rich. So I think you can take a good guess at where I am going. 😄
