"Im sorry but before I submit these applications with our life details I have a few questions and concerns. First, the credit report is absolutely ridiculous because just because I a judgement against me for a Harley that my ex wrecked and let go back doesn’t mean I don’t pay my bills. My husband and I both have convicted of crimes but that doesn’t mean we are bad people and for you to simply judge me based on my credit report and criminal history is wrong. Its wrong because our crimes are petty compared to convicted murderers and rapist. I think its wrong that you may turn me and my kids away based on our past. My husband makes almost $20,000 a month and we have no problem meeting our bills and because of who or what we once were may prevent me from providing a nice home from my children and essentially screw yourself on guaranteed money on time for the lease term. I’m sorry but its just not fair either that I pay an application fee only for you to review these things judge me and pretty much turn me away. After reading this if you still want to consider us as tenants let me know and I will submit my applications and if we are chosen as your new tenants then I will for the fees when I pay deposit"

My first thought was, "Petty compared to murderers and rapists?  What the hell did they do?"  LOL.

@Jeff Rabinowitz

Oh I didn't reply.  Just wanted to share.  This tenant's type of mentality is unreal.
