Every house has some level of mold....mold is floating around in the air.

Please help clear the air..And what's the difference between hard money vs. private money??

@Brent Coombs There's a one year O/O restriction, or hold time where I carry it, after that it's up in the air...

I agree, have the unit checked out,  moisture is somehow not venting out properly, A/C units, bath fans, vents or maybe you just need to add extra vents so the moisture can escape faster. the air needs to circulate and whatever is causing the issue, it's is close to the area where the mold is appearing,You handled the situation correctly the first time, I'd check with the company that did the work prior and see what their take is.

Maybe shorter term rentals, maybe as short Air B&B is certainly an opportunity.

Recommend creating passage ways between the concrete piers and concrete runners through out the area. 2) Observed dry rot at the crawl space entrance, under the bathroom and kitchen areas.
