I wouldn't want to turn around and buy something at the same lofty heights when I sold seeing that that's the basis for selling to some extent.I'd probably rent something and feel out the market, maybe invest the cash in stocks/bonds/etc.

The asking price of $1.7 million is well below replacement cost but they will need around $400k of work just to be class B space (ceiling height is limiting factor).
