Mixed-use MF in East Cleveland 44112

Hello Cleveland investors,

I am getting lead on a mixed use property in zip code 44112, i.e. East Cleveland.

Yes I know the rule, stay away from East Cleveland.

The only reason I reach out to you all is because this is literally on the last road in East Cleveland after which Cleveland Heights would start.

It's at the intersection of Noble Rd and Greyton rd

I wanted to get a perspective from fellow Cleveland investors on what you think. I have not run any numbers though yet.
