Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment in Arlington Heights.

Purchase price: $98,000
Cash invested: $2,000

Large 1 bedroom condo near Metra in Arlington Heights. Property was in decent condition, rented for 1 year, then added granite countertop, subway tile backsplash, dishwasher. Has been rented without vacancy since.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was looking for cash flow, I knew the location was great and the condo was perfect for renting.
