(Another tip: in Word, if you're having trouble aligning the addresses on the envelop when you print, you have to use "Japanese Post Card" under "Page Layout" & "Size" and change it to Landscape so the area you're typing in is congruent with A2 envelope size.If you decide to get that HP printer I mentioned, you can order a 9,000 page yield toner at inkcartridges.

(right now).....What has worked for me in the past is by handwriting a card or letter to every person you have consulted about this property that states your immediate interest if they ever consider selling with your contact details, business card etc.

If you are trying to improve your score, then keep your installment loan going and open a credit card (which is considered revolving debt...which is rated differently on a credit report from installment debt) and keep very low balances (ideally under 30% of the card limit, but more ideal is under 10% of the limit.)Unfortunately in order to build credit, you need to show you are financially responsible to pay your bills over a long period of time - that's why it's a bad idea to pay the car off early even though it's the financially responsible thing to do.
