Hi, I would like to know how do you pay to a Virtual Assistant ?

To be more specific, how do you control how many hours the person as been on the phone for example. Calling from your Mojo System ?

I am confuse about that, I never use a VA, for that reason I have a bunch of questions.

Thank you

Good Morning @Robert Orrigoni

I have found the best way to track a VA and their work is with upwork.com. That website does everything for you. Upwork records their screen periodically while they're working. You can set the hours up front so they aren't allowed to go over their time. Their wage is set up front.

They automatically pay the VA from your card on file every Monday and send you an invoice. Everything is on their dashboard.

No sense in trying reinvent the wheel, when someone is already doing it so well.

Using a VA has been invaluable for our business. Our VA scraps data, posts on CL, built our website, messages people on LinkedIn, etc. She handles all the tasks I shouldn't be doing.

It's best to sit down and start writing out all the tasks you do and what you want done. This way, when you start looking for a VA, you know you're looking for a person who will fit your criteria and needs. Also, you should write out in EXACT detail your tasks and how to complete them. Is that a pain? Of course. Once your VA has it, it's done and you don't have to worry about it again.

Any other questions, just let me know!
