Laundromat while waiting for new washer delivery

My tenants called and the washing machine motor went. I purchased a new one at Home Depot to have it delivered and installed, but it is a week out. The tenant wants to pick it up as it will cost her 30.00 to go to the laundromat for the week waiting for delivery.   I don't make any money on this rental, and I just paid to have a new toilet installed two weeks ago. I told her I wanted to have it delivered and installed for insurance purposes.  Is this reasonable?
