Using Line of Credit for Downpayment

Is it possible to us a line of credit (that doesn't require collateral) from my personal bank as a downpayment? I'm fairly new to real estate investing and am trying to see if anyone has experience with doing this? Thoughts? Wisdom? Thanks!
