One of the requirements that trips people up is the notification that you are doing work that may disturb lead.I would also caution people that think not knowing about lead is a good strategy.

I'm doing a road trip from Charlotte down to Florida and plan on stopping in a few areas to take a look for potential rentals. 

If I showed you a field with 30,945 airplanes and I said to you: "only 1% of these airplanes will reach their destination and the rest will crash and burn"... will you send your family off and wish them good trip and good luck?

I would add to what is said above that I highly advise a trip to the area to see the homes they are building, the neighborhoods they are in, and most importantly meet the people within the organization. 

So far I have only had to make one unscheduled trip over to fix the internet between guests.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

Hoping to make a trip out there in January to interview a few GCs and PMs if you have any suggestions as well! 

@James CarlsonNo worries at all, vacations are for enjoying time away for the day to day and disconnecting a bit, glad to hear you're able to do that on your trip! 

I'll be posting January's meetup info today, just nailing down if we are taking a field trip (aka, not our usual spot) or not.
