Newbie Investor from Littleton, CO

Hi everybody! I'm from LA originally but recently moved out to Littleton, Colorado for a job in 3D-printed surgical models, guides, and implants. I currently own a small 3/2 rental that is back in LA. This year, I am hoping to use the "house hacking" method to live in one unit of a 2-4 unit property and rent out the others. Over the next 5 years I hope to acquire several more 1-4 unit cashflowing rental properties, preferably via short sales and REOs. I am so grateful to have found BP and can't wait to start learning form and talking to other investors!
