Landlord Friendly Lead Paint Inspector in MA

Hi All,

I'm buying my 2nd rental property in Framingham, MA. It is 100+ years old but was completely renovated in 2004. Would like to have an inspector verify that there is no lead concern. Looking for a "Landlord Friendly Lead Paint Inspector".

I still don't get "easy to deal with". Are you implying someone who will take a quick look and give you the certficate without thorough testing?

I'd think the key would be someone who will actually show up on time, get the testing done quickly and give you accurate results.
