In inspection report, there was one sentence claims:Plywood (T1-11) Stone Veneer, Fiber Cement Shingles The siding materials on the South. side of the house may contain asbestos.Determining the presence of asbestos can ONLY be preformed by laboratory testing and is beyond the scope of this inspection.

@Casey Maeda I might be able to dig it up, but FNMA data for multifamily default rate showed sub 1% in mortgage defaults throughout the previous recession.

Following is my perspective (and likely some of topics may need additional clarifications from them)Likes:1) Opening an account is a breeze, provided you have all docs needed2) You can create multiple virtual sub-accounts (think of boots on the ground - maintenance person using a virtual account via a digital wallet), you can set limits, rules etc.  3) Reporting on virtual account is very useful.
