Hi all,

I was doing some research today on good banks to use to open a business checking and savings account for an investment property. I came accross Baselane, wondering if anyone has used it before and what they thought/if they would recommend. Thanks!

I just recently switched from Avail to Baselane for rent collection. The no fee for ACH for rent collection was what made me switch- Avail started charging 7/ month for each property for this feature. So far so good. Plus they have an APY that is over 4% for their business checking accounts- much better than what I was getting at Chase
