Greetings all,

I have been hovering around these forums for the last several weeks and decided that I better make my presence known if I'm ever going get out of learning the theory and put what I'm learning into action. I hope to bring value to others in the REI environment with my educational background in Architectural Technology and professional background as a Project Manager.

A little bit about my experience: Although outdated, I obtained my BCIN when passing the House/Small Buildings and Designer/Legal Ontario Building Code examinations. I still have the OBC binders to prove it! For the last 6 years I worked for a top tier Construction Management firm in Toronto specializing in office, retail and hospitality interior fit-outs and building repositioning. If you’re thinking of taking down a wall, ever need to know how to go about removing the façade from a building while it’s still occupied, or literally ‘raise the roof’ of a warehouse to create a mezzanine (and anything in between), I’m your guy.

I have been reading, listening, and watching to as much REI related content as I can over the last several months, and I recently participated in Keyspire's 3-Day workshop (between July 23-25). I'm building off the momentum from that workshop to start networking with like-minded individuals and build my real estate investing team. If anyone here has invested in Keyspire's more expensive offerings I would be interested to know your experience thus far. Ultimately, although I believe in investing in yourself there is too much free content available to commit thousands. What are your thoughts?

Personally, I am interested in rent-to-own, commercial multi-family (5+ units) and development projects. If you’d like to connect don't hesitate to reach out.

Ciao, Michael

@Michael Emanuele... in response to

"To add, if anyone has recommendations for a real estate investment savvy
agent, accountant, lawyer, mortgage broker, etc. that I can reach out
to who are in or around Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area please feel
free to connect. "

@Roy Cleeves is a great KW resource and will be able to patch you into other team members.
