Property management problems

I’m in the process of getting my house ready for sale and my property manager only notified me of two discrepancies but failed to mention the 5 other big things like damaged hardwood floors. The tenants already lost their security deposit due to breaking their lease. Aside from the tenants being responsible for the damages am I also able to legally hold the property manager responsible or no? Just looking to see what experiences some of y’all had and what advice you may have. Thanks guys.

 What is the logic behind thinking that the Property Manager would be liable for damages caused to the floors by the tenants?
