Well first I would read the Education section, especially the guides.

I highly suggest you to read, "The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Investing."

We just got an offer accepted on a Condo on Kauai and our next move is to purchase a multi family in the Beaverton, OR area.I’m hoping to network and gain valuable insight from this forum as well as provide any personal success and challenge experience from the standpoint of an active duty military member who has purchased and sold multiple homes.

I’m a Realtor in Houston ,Tx and I flhave finally decide to “get my feet wet” I have helped investors in the past fix and flip and found that my Market Knowledge was very Valuable... here is the situation I have 3 properties that are perfect flips but I looking to JV for financing .

I have printed off the "Ultimate Beginners Guide" and "How to Buy a Duplex- The Ultimate Step by Step Guide" and have ordered "Finding and Funding Great Deals" to get me a little up to speed on making informed decisions.
