New to the Site not to the State. Wholesale investing newbie.
Hey there,
Just wanted to introduce myself to the people of the site and say hello. Been thinking about Real Estate investing for a few years now, and finally decided to take the plunge. I own a couple house (one I live in and one I rent) but have always wanted more. When I left the Military, a fewwww years back, I knew I wanted to get into real estate but though it to hard, expensive, ect. But now I am in a place where I can start to dabble. I have been in the Telecommunications field for more then 20 years, and am starting to feel like I am suck in a never ending loop of Middle management. lol .I am choosing wholesaling as it looks like less of a risk way to getting into real estate. I have almost everything I need to get started, but could always use more insight. How is the wholesale market in the north of Denver area? I know this must sound like a total newbie post, but hey you have to start somewhere. Glad to be here, and look forward to meeting some awesome professionals along the way to success!

Hello! @KEVIN OTERO
Welcome to BP, and congratulations on making the decision to invest in your future via real estate.
I have written a few blog posts that may help you get started here on BP, and with your investing. Please click on the links, give them a read, and share your thoughts in the comments.
First is a post that I feel will help not get overwhelmed with the amount of info that is here on BP:
https://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/5868/52761-the-simple-guide-to-getting-started-on-bp
The second is a post that will help get you focused with your real estate investing goals:

The last one is a post that will help you choose an “investor friendly” real estate agent. There are many agents out there, but it’s important to choose the right one.
I love answering questions if you have any! Good Luck :)
