I am new to Real Estate

Hi BP members. My name is Irak. I live in southern California  Riverside exactly.  I am currently self employed in concrete pumping. Small business. I am getting older and I see that my current career is taking a toll on my body. I dont think its a career that i can do when im in my 50s.

So I am looking into Real Estate. I currently have taken my online courses and submitted my application to the state to get my Real Estate Agent License. I figure 1 its a good career i can do at any age if I had to, 2  I hope that it can help my with my investments into Real Estate.

I am completely new in investing. I would love to find a someone local within SoCal to teach me and guide me in investing. I am interested in flipping and long term investment properties as rentals.  I am a hard working, dedicated, self motivated, with good morals person. I have great credit and about 150k to invest.

Any information and support will be appreciated.  Again I would love some help to get my feet wet. I am willing to work hard for myself and you of course.

Thank you BP and I am excited to learn and about my RE future.
