Since they not homestead, what ground you can use to get the taxes lower.

My guess is that if those of us who are defined as 'covered' are left out, that we will get something from the a future phase.

I currently line in the WA State area but I am moving to the GA Area(Savannah Specifically) so I was looking at the market (Macon,GA Area) and a lot of the SF properties in the area don't look like bad deals at all but I don't have boots on ground so I was wondering if anyone already invest in the area and if there's any feedback about the area or market.
