This is my first property, let alone first OOS property. I currently line in the WA State area but I am moving to the GA Area(Savannah Specifically) so I was looking at the market (Macon,GA Area) and a lot of the SF properties in the area don't look like bad deals at all but I don't have boots on ground so I was wondering if anyone already invest in the area and if there's any feedback about the area or market.
