I’ve always been eager to get started but also too scared to just stick my neck out & make the wrong purchase.

Unfortunately, 2024 started off slow, and we only closed a 4 unit in April. 

I've spent hours reading books, articles, and listening to podcasts about real-estate investing.

The draw back when starting out is there can be some cost savings with "bundling" everything together. 

This means you can buy now at next year´s price and start profiting.There are also amazing foreclosure deals.

While I was in Pittsburgh playing football, I got my real estate license and started selling houses.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

I've have read many books, listened to many podcasts, and read many posts on this forum and still do so, but I sat on the sidelines for a number of years just trying to save enough money in my emergency fund before starting to save some down payment money. 

I started with multifamily and was able to purchase several properties, and juggle a business and the deals simultaneously.
