I am a rookie investor based in Atlanta. I've spent hours reading books, articles, and listening to podcasts about real-estate investing. And I'm ready to begin my journey. But I need some support. There's only so much to learn from reading and in this real-estate climate, it would be really helpful for someone who has made some recent investments to afford me 15 minutes of their time. 15 minutes to chat about their journey, challenges, successes, and any lessons learned.

That's not a good ask. Trust me, I am a hustler, can I get 15 minutes of time. You may get some people who take you up on that, but 85% of those will try to sell you a course after. Go to local real estate investor meetups. If you do that for six months and never miss, you will find mentors, partners, and friends that will be harder to find as a new person in the forums here.
