I have been thinking of hosting a meetup on the varied aspects of the BRRRR strategy both good and bad.Good Luck.

Locally to Des Moines, we host a monthly meetup at Wobbly Boots (formerly at Ingersoll Tap) on the third Thursday about REI and another on the first Thursday at Feliz & Oscars focused on Financial Independence.

Still, sounds like it's probably worth a shot to host a meeting to connect with those who may be excluded from others means of being contacted. 

My thoughts were to ask for references, ie other hosts.
