Live in VA and Invest in Upstate NY

Good evening BiggerPockets! I have been lurking around for the last year and in that time I have closed on two student rental properties in Oswego, NY. I am a high school teacher in Virginia and I am looking to strengthen my retirement in the next 12-15 years through real estate investment. I would love to connect with others who invest in student rentals in upstate NY and in Virginia as well (would love to add some properties in VA). I am grateful for this platform and all of the knowledgeable investors who are willing to share their wisdom.
