Yes, in Frisco Heights Village Homes is building new homes in there, replacing older homes. 

I really like this area as we're seeing a lot of spillover from people being priced out of Roscoe Village, North Center, and Ravenswood.  

As far as reporting you to the village building department, I would reach out to them Monday morning in person to very briefly explain that you have a deadbeat tenant who is trying to cause you problems.

She did a great job on a remodel I had in German Village and i always refer to her.

The other day I went into our village hall after a Cub Scout meeting (later at night) and the police were practicing going up and down a stairwell and managing corners with firearms.  

I am also from central Florida, specifically from The Villages, FL.  

The main neigborhoods I am looking at now are East Atlanta Village, Adair Park, Old Fourth Ward, and Grant Park due to the fact that these areas are in my price point and I believe they are on the rise, but I want some data to prove that before I just dive in.  

My brother chose to start investing there 20 years ago and has found that in the small town/village tourist areas the land is held by locals that generally have no money to develop it.
