Newbie Agent From Kansas/ Moving to Denver

Hello Bigger Pockets Community! My name is Dustin Frank and currently in Hays, KS, "born and raised."  Just joining BP but I admit I have been lurking for months. I'm 32 years old and after being inspired by the people on this website I have decided a change in my life is going to happen. I've recently passed my education requirements for a Colorado real estate license and will be traveling to Denver on Wednesday to take my state exam with the plan of interviewing brokerages while I am in the area. I have a strong interest in Sales and learning how to put multifamily deals together for both investors and myself and would love to learn from the best. I'm hungry and ready to learn and look forward to getting to know everyone.

Good old Hays. I've stayed there many times and driven through many more. Make sure to check out Prairie Dog Village on your way;) It's home to the 6,000lb prairie dog!

Are you getting your finger prints taken at Arapahoe CC? You should knock that out too. It would be VERY beneficial to take a test prep course for at least the Colorado portion.
