Hello everyone,

I am a new real estate investor from the Chicago area. I am a real estate paralegal, concentrating mainly on commercial real estate. I have one SFH rental and am looking to get into fix and flips, and increase my rental units.

I have poked around BP for a few weeks and am really impressed with the content and the help given by the members. I look forward to networking and learning so that I can help others dive into this business.
