Hello from central Florida

I've come here seeking knowledge. The idea of getting into real estate investments has been on my mind for a long time. In the back of my mind I always envisioned this was for seasoned experts or those on the inside. I'm hoping that's not the case and even an average Joe can make money off of real estate. So I'm here to soak up as much as I can and hopefully give it a go.
