Hello BP world, Thank you in advance to anyone who comments in this forum for I am in need and will appreciate any tips. I have a possible flip coming up and I need a reliable contractor who is not particularly pricey and is in the Columbus, Oh market. The property is only expected to need some cosmetic work. If I could get some referrals I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks again guys and gals!

Hi @Malon Johnson- unfortunately good contractors that are reliable and also reasonably priced are very hard to find right now. If they meet those criteria, they are probably very busy. My suggestion is to network as much as possible and meet people face to face. Check out their work, check their references, and make sure when you hire a contractor, you get EVERYTHING in writing to protect you both. Best of luck on your flip!
