Hello BP world, Thank you in advance to anyone who comments in this forum for I am in need and will appreciate any tips. I have a possible flip coming up and I need a reliable contractor who is not particularly pricey and is in the Columbus, Oh market. The property is only expected to need some cosmetic work.
