If, on the other hand someone is promoting their own site or promoting a site that they are affiliated with, they need to use their signature AND DISCLOSE THE RELATIONSHIP with that website.Most people try to disguise these affiliations and relationships as a means to write what appears to be a 3rd party recommendation for their product, when in reality, they or someone they know is writing the reco.The amount of spam that was spread around the site was out of control until we implemented more stringent link policies many years back.Again, sorry for the clarification.

Contact info in your post can attract spam and is discouraged.

Over the years we've had dozens of complaints from members who posted their contact info and were then harassed by others and spammed by email because their information was then available to anyone with a computer.

You will find it much more active here than any accounting board because good ole Josh keeps you accountable for your influence while learning about the RE stratagies of several investor types while not spamming them.Any way welcome aboard, from another accountant type (auditor actually).
