I am Canadian, but living for last 20 years in Costa Rica where I worked in real estate field and now I am developing my own beachfront luxury 19 units condo project.

I have joined many sites in the past with with very disappointing results (mostly scams & spam). I truly hope this site is different and will introduce me to real investor or possible loan with accessible terms.

Will see.
