If there is no bed, refrigerator with food, a bed, then there’s no way to “live” there and you might be able to take possession of the residence and change the locks.

Today my plumber rebuilt 2 toilets, brought a replacement toilet lid (not a perfect match but pretty close,) caulked the tub, made sure the hot water tank was working properly and installed the dishwasher = $200Lowes showed up with the refrigerator but no stove.

I even got 3 lbs of refrigerant and a capacitor in the AC unit all for $120.  

We never buy used appliances for our condos, putting in new GE GTS16 refrigerators and GE electric stoves that often run $900 - $950 for the pair.  

Didn't install washer and dryer, but did stage with a refrigerator. 

Small refrigerator magnet, plastic card, very thick business card, etc.

They even pick on the stainless steel refrigerator bought in 2013, trying to say a larger model is needed. 

If this was my place the tenants would already be homeless living in a refrigerator box
