Property Management Overcharging? Pittsburgh, PA

Hey all,

I have a Pittsburgh property being managed by Aegis Property Management. I've been looking at the ledger and it seems like they charge me $95 every time they send someone out for any reason. For example they charged me $95 to plug in the oven, $95 to turn on a gas valve, and $150 to replace the water level thing in the toilet tank. Is this reasonable for the area? I know I get charged significantly less for similar things by my management in Ohio.

Thanks in advance!
