If you are a person who has a full time job, or runs other companies, it is my professional opinion that you will be better served having the GC handle everything and report to you on your schedule.Once you decided to run the operation yourself, you are now employed by the development.

We negotiated a deal with the owner for 20% Equity, we are responsible for infilling the community as well as property management (which we also get paid separately for).

I personally never look at BP on my phone or the app on my phone but i just checked it and its still there it brings up the forum threads maybe BC I already had it ? 

Unsure about STR regulations in Charleston but I would advise you to search "arbitrage" on this forum and read up on the hundreds of pros and cons responses here before diving in to any market using the arbitrage model.

Is it tied to changes in the market, a response to new regulations, or part of a long-term plan?

A more realistic expectation is 24 hours which will ensure we can arrange any repairs or corrections with a team, handle it in person, etc. be curious how this plays out as I worked for local developer for a while and developed several properties in Alexandria (Specifically old town) and while the city is challenging like any city - they were mostly realistic.
