Hey BP,

Looking for some great websites to use to gather information on different markets, especially OOS investing...

One of my personal favorites is "City-data.com", which was also suggested to me by a fellow BP investor!

Any insight is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!!

This is definitely a good place to start and to network with people in the market you are looking to invest in.  I tell people to start by picking a strategy (OOS long term, OOS short term rental, fix and flip, etc) THEN pick a market and submarket THEN look for good tools/people, doing it any other order tends to be an exercise in futility.  But to answer your question, House canary is good for rent rates, zillow is a good tool for property data and for seeing what is for rent for how much, sales comps etc.  AirDNA is fine, but the data is often over or under inflated.
