Just have to dispose of the ones with the excuses, dirty houses, etc.

She or he will not have the wisdom or experience, but s/he will have her/his broker at her/his disposal for that, and otherwise will work her or his *** off for you like no other.- Avoid agents that have been doing it a while, but that aren't sourced via referral.

There is a wealth of information at your disposal, but it is there for the taking... so take the action and take it.

They last longer and are easier to clean.People in our area (tenants tend to be students and recently graduated young professionals) prefer to have a garbage disposal, but it's not a deal breaker.  

They put all the trash in the back yard instead of disposing it properly.

They apparently were not worth saving and had reached the end of their useful life (the ultimate depreciation) and actually were some expense to dispose of....meanwhile, all the single family homes and multiplexes have appreciated handsomely and still generate rents....

If you aren't afraid of the soil or groundwater being contaminated from chemicals that were spilled or dumped onto the land, or disposed of in a septic system, then it sounds like the deal of the century. 

And someone saved you the vinyl asbestos tile removal/disposal headache but you can see the marks from the pull up....maybe some good bones left and ideally it looks better for the outside, so much interior work to go...Best of luck
