What do you guy like having in your units and what do you not like having in them for example dishwashers etc in like B or C class buildings. Or basically whats going to save me money?

I don't follow your 2nd question in relation to the 1st.

What do I like in my rentals? I like rentals with everything that makes a tenant happy to stay there for as long as possible, tempered with not putting things in them that require money and time to maintain, tenant turn-over destroys wealth building. The quality of the unit directly correlates to the quality of the tenant and the rent rates you can charge. Local markets also effect decisions as something almost considered a given in one part of the country might make no sense in another.
