Any thoughts/ reviews/ raves/ insights/ dislikes on these types of insurance plans, whether good, bad or ugly?

If they dislike that part, then they need read no farther as this would probably not be an investment situation they would be comfortable in.

I think it's $129/year for one user.I've used and REALLY dislike Top Producer. 

I also disliked their "gold service", pay us more and we'll give you better service, concept.

Especially if you are renting in an area that has strong tenant rights and a dislike of landlords.Now for STR, what I did was go out to a bunch of STR websites (not AirBNB or VRBO/HomeAway) and grab their agreements.

I dislike taxes, believe me.
