Heroes act eviction loophole

I have been searching the HEROES act trying to find if I can evict a tenant for violations other than non-payment of rent?  Such as I have a tenant that is violating the lease in many ways I.E. unauthorized guests living in house, disturbing the peace, damage to property, etc.

Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated, even if one could provide a link as to where it talks about it in the HEROES act.

With all of that against landlords, why in heaven's name are you investing in Minnesota? It's your fault, no one else's. Not trying to be mean here, but can't you see what's going on? Why in heck are you even risking your money, time and future? Wouldn't it make more sense to just volunteer at the local food bank and do something useful and limit your risk?

That is a fair question to ask, answer; because I am an investor. Be greedy when others are fearful, and fearful when others are greedy. This cycle is dripping with fear, that is my best buying garden that is why.

Your question poses things in a manner as if all will be lost if one engages in REI, what data supports that? Paint me a logical picture in which rental housing can just "poof" into nothingness, where those millions of persons will go? No, there isn't BUT yes, changes are happening, a person must pivot and adjust in rapid manner, again that is my "jamb", I am called a deal engineer for a reason.

So for myself I see the opportunity, and it is that opportunity I am moving forward with.

I will be the 1st to say this is not the market for all or most, it is a market of sky high risk potential for those unequipped to travel it. And for those who have skated by on foolish over-leveraged under-performing acquisitions, well the piper may be a-calling.

As you can read above I have been ahead of the curve on this issue vs 98% of persons in the industry, formulating solutions and actions to be proactive vs reactive, I don't get scared I get to work and really that's the choice we have in life, climb up on a cross and cry or build a bridge with the wood and get over it. In 2010 I said I selected to not participate in a down economy, I see no reason to participate in one now.
