I could ride this job out for 3-5 more years and never have to work a day in my life by the time I’m 37; however, I don’t want to do that.  

I used to ride bikes out near that way. 

Should I be the nice guy and try and ride this out until July (where I will likely need to evict her anyway). 

There will be a down cycle in the future so think about the possibilities of when others who get in over their head have to sell in the next market cycle.The thing about BP is it wasn't around in the 70's,80's, 90's so most of the people here (Not ALL so don't beat me up) haven't experienced the wild rides and don't have a true long term perspective on the market.The best place to be is in a position to take advantage of the next market cycle and pick up more then than to try to hold on to what you have now and service debt.BTW I have 9 properties and I'm looking at doing the same thing.  4 are paid off and I'm looking at selling 1 or 2 to pay off the other debt. 

The ride has been amazing...I love cash flow and creating generational wealth.

Since John paid cash and don’t have loan, he was able to ride it out the last recession.

 $400.00 is not a big deal however if this is going to lead down a rabbit hole I'd rather not take the ride.  

plus on my deals i can go ride my quads hunt.. cut Christmas trees  and well just get back to nature..

The economy is Canada is headed for a rough ride in the next year or two.
