Hello Bp'ers, got an email today from NACC who states they offer portfolio lending with loan sizes starting at 25K. This is ideal for my REI strategy and can propel my REI business to the next level as I'd have the ability to pick up 4-5 properties at a time. However they have an upfront fee of $400.00 to get the application processed. $400.00 is not a big deal however if this is going to lead down a rabbit hole I'd rather not take the ride. Been there, done that!! Just want to know if someone has worked with this lender before or presently.

Regards,
